CHARLES A. MILLER CPA, MBA, CPCU

Mr. Miller, the president and founder of C.A.Miller Associates, Inc. designs, develops and delivers all of the company's technical education programs. He is the author of "Impact", a widely distributed video self-study program that focuses on the impact of underwriting decisions on property-casualty operations and "It's a Wonderful Industry", a video self-study of the insurance industry. He also co-authored an international underwriting manual for a leading global insurer.

Mr. Miller's 40 years managerial experience in the public and private sectors includes extensive international experience in Europe, the UK, Middle East and Far East. His work in the insurance industry includes the development and delivery of insurance financial and economic programs for domestic and foreign (re)insurers in the United States and abroad.

Mr. Miller received a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and a MBA in insurance and finance from the Wharton Graduate School, University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Property-Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
